Aviation New inquiry AO-2015-007, AS350BA Eurocopter, ZK-HKU, collision with terrain, Fox Glacier, 21 Nov '15
A team of investigators is now examining the wreckage taken from the crash scene and reviewing other documentary and interview evidence gathered to date. Once this work is complete the inquiry will move into an analysis phase, which may lead to further evidence gathering if required.

The Transport Accident Investigation Commission has opened an inquiry into the sinking of the fishing vessel Jubilee which occurred at about 5am yesterday (Sun 18 Oct '15) about 12 nautical miles off the coast near Rakaia.
