Fairchild has reviewed the training curriculum and recommendation training and has come to the conclusion that the procedures as outlined are adequate for safe operation of the aircraft. It is our opinion that if the proper training is provided to the crew, the procedures as outlined in the Airplane Flight Manual are adequate.
