On 27 September 2004 the owner of Fish Fiordland Limited supplied a copy of a newly adopted passenger safety briefing to the Commission. The briefing included all the aspects covered in safety recommendation 056/04.
On 18 September 2004 the Commission sighted the trim tab indicators that the owner had fitted to the vessel.
