The provisions of the recommendation are already covered in part in the Air Transport Divisions Manual of General Aviation Operations. The existing requirement, however, covers only entry audit, and it should be updated and expanded to include provisions for routine surveillance audits. This will be done jointly between General Aviation and Airline Operations Controllers in the form of a Temporary Procedure Notice in the Procedure Manual.
