Download reports free from the internet.
All TAIC reports published after 1 December 2001 are available as pdf files free of charge from the TAIC web site. To download a report, select the report/s you want from the index of Aviation, Rail, or Marine Occurrence Reports, and click on the button "Download report". Other frequently requested reports which were published before December 2001 will be made available when we have the resources to do so. To find out when new reports are released, subscribe to TAIC's news list. TAIC operates a separate system for advising the news media.
OR Purchase individual printed reports from TAIC.
Select the report/s you want from the index of Aviation, Rail, or Marine Occurrence Reports, then print and complete our Occurrence Report Order Form and return it to us with your payment.
OR Purchase an annual subscription.
Print and complete our Occurrence Report Subscription Form and return it to us with your payment. TAIC produces about 15 aviation occurrence reports, 20 marine occurrence reports, and 20 rail occurrence reports per year. The number of pages in a report may vary from only a few pages to over 100 pages. Most are about 10 to 20 pages.
OR Borrow printed reports from a public library.
Most larger New Zealand public libraries hold the reports.
To view PDF files you must have the Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader. This can be downloaded for free from the Adobe Site.
If you have trouble downloading the PDF file, try right-clicking on the link, save the file to your computer, and open it with Acrobat Reader.
